Message from Terrie and Richard

Finally, I have a moment to sit down... I wanted to thank everyone individually but time got away from me. There have been so many people sending thoughts, prayers and charity our way; it has truly bolstered our faith in humankind. I wish I could talk to every person, to thank them for what they have done for Richard. But at the very least, I will say here and now -- THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for everything you've done to help us.

Speaking of Richard.....

He is healing each day. A little pissed off that it is taking this long to regain his strength. After all, there are logs that need to be hewed, firewood to be split, stones to be carved, etc... The oncologist, my cousin Susanne Arnold, said the treatment was very effective and we go back January 22nd to have a Cat Scan to find out more. Our fingers are crossed (Ruby says, "just one!!"). Richard is eating and gaining weight and looks as beautiful as the first time I laid eyes upon him.

Hey Richard, Terrie, and Ruby,

Happy to hear you are doing better. On your next trip to Texas please plan on stopping in Louisiana and spending a night or two here in Opelousas. I need your insights on some things.
