Really Good News!

Richard and I recently went to Lexington for his doctor's exam and to get the results of a Cat Scan he had done earlier. While giving Richard the exam, the surgeon remarked, "Wow!" because he was so pleased at Richard's progress.

And now for the really good news...

The doctor said that the Cat Scan did not show any cancer.

You read it right!!

They are still going to run some more tests to look for any cancer cells that might be hiding, but this is routine. We are very happy, a little cautious mind you, but happy.

Most of all, we are extremely grateful to all of you for making it happen. There is no way we could have done this without you.

So happy to read the great news!

We were at the amazing benefit. Heard about it on the morning news that day and just came. Have thought about Richard often since then. What wonderful news to read that his CTscan was clean! Wow! Enjoy this wonderful news as I'm sure you are. Prayers and thoughts will continue in his direction. BTW, we love Rabbit Hash.

Prayer is powerful

My name is Cindy Makin,I believe that Richard has an angel looking out for him......I was at the benefit,i donated money to help and he and his family was definatly in my prayers.I am so happy for his family.My mother passed of cancer 2 years ago,it was very difficult.I had a cutathon in my hairsalon back in oct.07.donated everything to american cancer sosiety and some to hospice of cinti.I believe in making a differance.....The moments that take your breath away and the love that you get from your family keeps you strong and possative....keep your faith.......take care,Miss Cindy Makin
