Join the cities and communities of Boone County on Saturday, APRIL 24, 2010 from 8:00 AM to Noon in celebrating the Great American Cleanup! The Great American Cleanup is nationally coordinated by Keep America Beautiful and is centered on cleaning, beautifying and improving communities. This year is expected to involve close to an estimated 3 million people across that country. The cities, businesses and communities of Boone County have come together to celebrate this event and encourage community pride everyday of the year. Volunteers will clean riverbanks and other areas in Boone County.
