Let me introduce myself... My name is Travis, I'm a cat and I'm here to officially announce my candidacy for Mayor of Rabbit Hash, Kentucky! I chose this quaint little town to live in and now I'm asking you to choose me as your new Mayor. Vote for a cat for a change!
I'm the ONLY candidate in this election that actually resides in Rabbit Hash. Not that I hold anything personally against the other candidates in this election but this is after all my hometown. I know all of the critters here (including human folk) on a one to one personal basis. This gives me an advantage over the other candidates because I see the needs of our town every day. I always have been and always will be here to greet and meet the needs of not just the few, but everyone living here.
 After two terms of office by my canine four legged friends, of all the other candidates I offer the only real change this election year.
Its been the opinion of some that over the past few years Rabbit Hash has gone to the dawgs. I'm running to change that and govern as a fair feline that includes everyone I'm representing.
I feel the main choice facing folks in this campaign, is whether or not you want more of the same or a change from the old worn out policies of the previous two administrations to new and better ones.
I'm a hard working cat, non-discriminating, but most important I'm not intimidated by the other candidates. I might be new to anyone who doesn't actually live in Rabbit Hash, but I look forward to meeting you soon and hearing your concerns. There isn't an issue I'm afraid of or will run away from. With your help (and generous votes), I know that we can bring about a better town, a more properous town and real change for all who live in Rabbit Hash.
So join with me... Vote for change! Vote for a cat! Vote often! Together I know we can achieve real change that we can all believe in!!!

It's too bad that the "Big Dogs" can hold sway even in tiny Rabbit Hash. Maybe we need to get back to our roots and run a Rabbit for Mayor next time there is an opening. Lucy Lou...

Would like to know where Travis stands on the issue of Catnaps? I feel this is one of the most pressing issues facing our sleep deprived nation. Think he would pull in many a vote, as most of us are "feline" mighty weary with all thats goin' on in the world today.
