Opening Night of Prints x4 Attracts a Crowd!

It was practically wall-to-wall at the opening night of Prints x4 Art Show. The Lowell Lee Scott Visual Art Center was buzzing with "ooohs" and "ahhhs" as the mingling groups moved from one display to another. "I want them all!" said one art lover as she grappled with the problem of which pieces to buy. This was the common theme of most of the conversations I happened to catch wind of as I darted around the room snapping shots of these breathtaking visuals.

Art Shows in Rabbit Hash have been the brainchild of the Rabbit Hash Historical Society. Thanks to them we enjoy beautiful art skillfully created by our very own local talent AND a get-together with friends to boot! If you haven't made it to one of these fabulous art shows yet, be sure to check this one out before it ends on September 9th. Artists include Junel Markesbery, Michelle Lustenberg, Susan Naylor, Tom Judge, and a tribute to Sally Scott and her quilts.
