I am a Great-great Grandson of James A. Wilson mentioned in the history of the General Store. I am interested in any other family or history information for our family history.
Thanks! - James A. Wilson

Hello,
I visited the general store in 2003 and bought a Rabbit Hash mug. I still drink my daily coffee from it and it reminds me of the beautiful weeks we had spent in the US. One of our best days there was when visiting Kentacky. Greetings from Szombathely, Hungary. - Csaba Szakály

Hi Mike.
Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you.
I just opened an inn in Rabbit Hash, it is called "The Old Hashienda" and is available for nightly accomodations. You can call the General Store for details or check out this webpage The Old Hashienda.
Thanks for your interest and hope to see you soon.

My husband and I happened upon your great little place about a year ago when we were there for a race at Florence Speedway, what find. We have since been back and are returning next week for vacation and plan to spend some time hanging out on the porch. We hope to someday bring his mother down for a visit, she would love your shops with all the old fashioned treasures in them....we both own your tote bags and love them. We tell everyone in Ohio to be sure to stop in if they are ever out your way, they would not be disappointed. See you soon! - Kathy

Its been a few years since ive been to rabbits hatch, and still have fond memories and thoughts of such a heart warming place. i was lucky enough to have relatives living in kentucky and was most fortunate to have been given the opportunity of visiting. i come from wales in the uk,
(even though its a very long wayto go) and thank my relatives for showing me one of the most unspoiled serene places i have ever been. thenk you. - keri wall

Hello....

Yes, there are many Ryles living in the area. Maybe you could contact the Rabbit Hash Historical Society for some history or call me at the store and I could tell you what I know. Good luck in your search.

Rabbit Hash Historical Society webpage is:

Thanks.

Regarding my previous post, It was brought to my attention that it was indeed Wilder not Rabbit Hash where the Fox Terriers were purchased. I have been to Rabbit Hash in my younger days but for what I cannot remember. - bongobat
